How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida and are sent immediately unless otherwise stated. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and also additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
Shipments within the USA are sent free of charge via UPS 2nd Day Air and will arrive in two business day. International shipments are sent via DHL International Express and typically arrive in two to five business days, depending on the location.
Order placed by 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship same day. Orders placed after this time will ship next business day.
What happens if my order is misplaced or stolen?
KRUK is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
Does KRUK ship worldwide? Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my international shipment?
Yes, KRUK does ship worldwide. Your international order may incur duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. For more information, please contact your local customs office. KRUK is not responsible for payment of duties & import taxes.
What is your return policy?
Orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order being placed. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days from time of order. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a limited one year warranty on all our products. Please note that our warranty does not cover any normal cosmetic wear. This limited warranty is subject to the sole discretion of a KRUK specialist after return and inspection of the subject merchandise.
Pre-order items will ship once the stock has been produced. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Pre-Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
