Shipping
When will my item(s) ship?
- All orders will ship same day if placed by 3:30PM US EST between Monday and Friday. Please note, KRUKÂ does not ship on weekends and major holidays. If an order has been placed after Friday at 3:30PM US EST, the order will be sent out Monday morning. Domestic shipments via FedEx/USPSÂ typically take five business days and international shipments take between 3-7 business days.Â
Do you off expedited shipping options?
- We do offer an expedited shipping option for online orders - either FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2-Day. Standard shipping will be USPS with an option for FedEx Ground at $10.Â
Can you ship to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address?
- KRUKÂ is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.
When will I get my tracking information?
- KRUKÂ will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
Do you ship internationally?
- KRUK ships internationally. Please email us if you’re unsure about your country.
Are duties and taxes included?
- All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.
What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
- KRUK allows returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date.
Where are KRUK products made?
- All KRUK products are handcrafted and hand stitched in Italy.
